The team that gets called when verification stops working

We work on the identity and business checks that sit between an applicant arriving and a decision being made — and on the systems that keep those checks working long after the launch is over. Most of what we are asked to fix was built correctly for the happy path and never designed for the day a provider degrades, a contract changes, or a regulator asks how a decision was reached.

The work is engineering rather than advisory. Our engagements end with code in your repositories, failure paths that have been deliberately exercised, an audit trail your compliance team can query, and engineers on your side who understand why each decision was made. Where we have run programmes at scale, we describe what we built and how it behaved; we do not publish figures about outcomes, ours or anyone else's.

Our independence is structural. We hold no reseller agreements and take no referral fees, so the answer to “which provider should we use for this check” is not being paid for by anyone. In practice that shows up as us telling you the provider you already signed with is fine and the problem is in how it was integrated.

We issue no API keys, operate no sandbox, and never receive, process or store end-customer identity data. Verification calls flow between your systems and your providers. We build the code that makes them and stay out of the data path.
